Tinker:science. Leave it out. Even if Steorn were (as you so stridently claim) a fraud then taking money off people to sign up would be no more a prima facie case of fraud than a WeightWatchers membership. And they know that. Their lawyers are bigger than your lawyers for sure.

The reason they are delaying opening up the SKDB to all comers with the cash is because they are waiting for some ( I name no names) forum members to get bored and move off to something more suited to their talents.

Silly me, I thought they were simply delaying the opening of the SKDB until testing was completed.

Why not just ban them and get on with it? It's not like Steorn hasn't done that before.

Why not just close down the public Forum completely? The BBC closed down the News And Current Affairs forum just like that three years ago. Steorn aren't beholden to anyone.

So by simply sticking around their forums, there are people that could cost Steorn tons (snerk) of money?

    That totally rocks.

Good to see they have such excellent control of their business.

Utterly risible. No one will be able to buy SKDB membership, not now, not in a months time, not ever. Steorn simply have no intention to selling (actually taking money) for such a thing.

Let's hope they don't see group of teenagers loitering near the German Calorimetry Lab or we may never get to see the calorimetry results showing the over-unityness of Orbo

There we have the solution: As long as doublenought, villageidiot, babcat, jondoe and those people hang around and advertise the SKDB they can't open it.
    That easy.

I had to go on steorn forum to see the context, and this is what I thought it was : tinker has NEARLY clue whatsoever as usual.

But where he is right, is that the agreement as far as Steorn would make people sign it, if it is the same as we discussed long ago, does not make no mention whatsoever of OU, and jsut mention of Steorn tech. But his example is badly flawed, and not comparable.

Nevertheless, the usual shit, and middle march creeping slowly upon us. Soon end of amrch. And then April. And then anotehr round of goalpost moving.

It sounds like a séance, where the spirits won't appear if any of those attending don't believe in them.
