Adobe considering producing its own processors

Meanwhile: Parasnis said it will be ARM-based chips that deliver those gains, not Intel, whose processors power all of today's Macs and most Windows PCs.

At the conference he showed a logo that said "ARM Inside," a play on the Intel Inside logo that adorned computers for years.
"I believe we are firmly entering a world of ARM inside every device," he said.

    EyeDrive

I'm not convinced. Driving while looking at your mobile phone here will get you a moving violation and a hefty fine. Distracted is distracted, no matter what the source.

If it just repeated the driving instruments so you don't have to look at the dashboard, it might be useful. Add the phone, Skype, Netflix, whatever, and it's a hazard.

Printing solar cells and batteries on paper.

Why not just skip a step or two and go ahead and print money on paper?

Oh... wait... somebody thought of that already. Well, why not just print more then!

    It's called inflation.

Inflation just means stuff costs more. So you make it illegal to raise the prices of stuff. Otherwise it defeats the whole purpose of printing all that money. The rich continue to get even richer because instead of buying less of the same stuff for higher prices, you buy more of the same stuff for the same price. And the poor get richer too because they can just pick up the free paper money at the liquor store or wherever else they hang out.

Sure. And on streetcorners downtown we will put in the UNFood vending machines. You just walk up to one, insert your UNSecurity Card, and it dispenses a standard UN-MRE with heatpack. It's enough of a meal to keep you entertained and alive for another day, regardless. Everybody is allowed one per day, choice of variety, or if preferred, you can choose a sack of UNPurina People Chow biscuits, in a variety of popular and not-so-popular flavours. Plus they keep the teeth clean.

Bingo, instant end of hunger and poverty in the regions of the UNWorld where social civilization has at last penetrated.

On rooftops and in tunnels, city farms lead food revolution.

    https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2019/feb/10/urban-farming-feeding-cities-of-the-future

Great idea works well with my idea of building dwellings and workshops on London's green belt with multi story grow houses above which would include parks and allotments.

I seem to remember that we showed here why urban farming was a bad idea.
