So if all experiments show it doesn't work why are they still spending money on them.

And why do andrew, * and mainstream science try to suppress the EMdrive if it doesn't work?
    Because it works! That's why.

Well, to be useful, it doesn't even have to work, does it?

Providing employment and material for publication is useful to some--just not for the world community in general.

Regardless, I haven't seen anything recently (including Chinese rumors) that demonstrates that the EmDrive works as claimed.

NASA also investigated "cold fusion", IIRC. Nothing there, either.

Why did I spend 15 years of my free time not succeeding in getting The Woodward Drive to work?

So you think they are one and the same?

Don't worry when Philip succeeds on his main project and gets bored, I will try to get him to develop a useful space drive.

    No, and no.

If emdrive worked, it would be mainstream science.

It's all to do with your fluctuations.
  4.
Emdrive must then fluctuate in-and-out from the reality. That an old perk.

Never look directly at a fluctuation drive.
  5.
That's an old technology conceived by Stanislaw Lem in 1957, and later refined by Douglas Adams.

Between very soon and not very soon.

After not very soon. A soooo long, long time after that.
  7.
But right now I am preparing sauteed reindeer, that will be served with freshly picked Vaccinium vitis-idaea and buttery smashed potatoes. Mmm...

That will be ready very soon.

There seems to be some fluctuation in the timing.

None. I was good and in time.

Would you like some beaver, bear or foxberry with your mash? :)
