Anchored out to get dark skies and look for Perseids. Not many yet - four in half an hour, one very bright.
The old eyes flash and flicker from retinal issues so it's getting hard to do this sort of thing.
It's getting pretty windy and the moon is rising. Bedtime. -

And if you continue on the straight line from Luna through Mars for about another 12 or so moon diameters you will come to Uranus, although you won't be able to see it without optical aid. -

It won't be long before some satellite ground controllers start sending messages in Morse code... get enough satellites up there and they can be flown in alphanumeric formations. For the right price, you can propose to your sweetie in the night sky. "Jenny will you be my shining star".... spelt out in Times New Roman font by an array of a thousand bright satellite dots scrolling across everyone's sky. -
