The joke was: "single investor". Think about it ...

This company seems to have been under the illustrious Moletrap Radar (MR) because it does not turn up in search. Apparently, it was researching some version of cold fusion/LENR for 12 years and is now going belly up and having an equipment auction (if anyone needs lab gear).

I think this says it all:

Coolescence LLC is a privately funded research company located in Boulder, Colorado. The company was originally formed to rigorously examine repeated experimental reports of so-called 'cold fusion' from a number of scientists around the world. Over the past 10 years the Coolescence team has replicated the most celebrated of these experiments, with no positive results that have not been attributable to measurement artifacts or chemical effects.

I imagine that the folks over at lenr-forum and ECW have been studiously ignoring this company.

Rossi (or Mills, or...) must certainly have something, right? After all, they've presented test reports...

Alan Smith just linked the end of the company and the auction at LENR Forum. I don't know if it was mentioned before.

Good find. Want to put that in the Rossi-IH thread on LENR Forum (or wherever Alan was talking about it) or want me to?

And ANOTHER so-called LENR company hits the dust:

    early statement (2014)
    21.5.2014

Etiam Ltd. has secured a private funding round for further development of the LENR technology.

"We are very pleased to close new financing round and grateful to our new financiers. This enables us to continue fascinating and challenging development of the LENR technology targeting on commercial applications," states Dr. Elers, Chairman of Etiam Ltd

    now:
    22.8.2017

    Dear LENR friends,

It is our sorrowful duty to inform you that Etiam Ltd has been terminated as a company and all its operations have been discontinued....

Shaun said his Orbocrap could "split time". Watch Rick & Morty to see how it's properly done:
