    No it was RB, I remember because he beat me to it. Something to do with miniature rectennas they were hoping for a breakthrough in rectification speed to make it practical.

    Consider what it takes to transfer thermal energy. Then think about what the real atmosphere, the one that supplies oxygen to most people's brains does to most of the BB radiation emitted from the Earth's surface.
