The 3rd generation, SN20, might be the first to orbit.

Looks like they retimed the flip-maneuver a little. Larger safety margins, I guess?

    Agreed. The burn seemed longer.

I understand these Raptors can be throttled by 40%, a larger amount than the previous generation.

He can still auction off blue-screen's sub-orbiturial.

Seems they figured out how to deliver the fuel during the flip. Good progress.

Now for the re-entry maneuver. That should be exciting.

Was the ship already vertical when they relit the raptures? It almost looked like.

Hard to tell. This is SpaceX video. Starts just before landing firing.

Of course it wasn't. The flip is much too slow without the raptors to help rotate it. The real question is did all three light at the start of the flip or not. According to the SpaceX narrator, they were supposed to, but there's no video to show it. In the video that shows the ship emerging from the clouds, only two are lit, and the SpaceX feed didn't show the start of the landing burn either.

ETA: how skilled/lucky was that camera aiming?! The photographer had to set up the camera early that morning before the evacuation.

It depends on what you mean. If "vertical" means straight plumb up and down, the way it won'f fall over on the ground, well sure it's not. But if it means "Not belly flat exactly", maybe so
