This seems so ...redundant... compared to a good healthy cycle.
    Or perhaps... decadent.

No, it is really useful. Being able to walk properly after a 10km ride is amazing.
It is like a 2-wheeled TESLA.
  2.
I saw what you did there

Beautiful part of the world you live in. That looks to me like a nice route for a run.

It is still a good healthy cycle. 250W assist is like a following wind and it is assist only - no power is delivered by the motor unless you pedal and power is only delivered up to 15mph.

The range prediction of the ebike's computer seems to be fixed at 250km. At least that's the max. range I was able to tread on support level 1.

How long would it take you to pedal 250km on support level1?

200km bicycle touring "centuries" are not uncommon even for amateur cyclists. The SF Bay area has been hosting one (I don't know about this year) called the Mt. Hamilton Challenge. Have done that one many times in my younger years. The worst was the final home stretch working against the afternoon headwinds.

Dunno what it would be like with an E-bike.

It depends of course on the topography.
And the utilization of that mode of transport.
I don't know. IIRC the(my) total mileage(in kilometers) so far is 170km in about 4 weeks.

But from my former experience with bicycles in my childhood I would expect that two days are a realistic guesstimate.

    (I once travelled 77km as a teenager(13years) on a conventional bike(drei-gang nabenschaltung) in one afternoon/+evening)

It seems that I am too lazy to practice proper bookkeeping re my bicycling behaviors.

I bought the bike to escape the claustrophobiotic experience of having to use public transport systems. And that was a smart choice by accident.
Because so many unexpected positive side effects bloomed up.

    For example: fun.
It is enjoyable to click the harburg hills flat and away.

Of course not. My ambitions are unrealistically low.
