    That's quite nice. But they don't seem to address the problem of making the other end of the link omnidirectional. Hard to do with limited optical power.

    How about a vehicle that extracted thermal energy from the ground as it travelled? Impossible, you say? Well, so do I, but these ideas do pop into one's head from time to time.

    I've never read a decent treatise on energy and entanglement. If a test molecule were entangled with a deeply buried molecule and the latter heated up, would the thermal energy be in any way transferred?
