    Brill. This new tool allows one to build up the complete "circuit diagram" of the cell's regulatory mechanisms, one gene at a time. Unlike a man-made circuit, the discovered circuit will be horrendously complex. It will contain positive and negative feedback loops, and these will be either fully or partially nested to significant depth.

    But that's beside the point, because once the circuit is in our possession, it can be simulated. This in turn allows us to predict, via simulation, every single effect and side effect of any new drug. That is why it's so important to have this circuit diagram. It will revolutionise medicine.
