    That's a dark matter.
  1.
It's ahead of its time, anyhow.
  2.
I thought unfurling had been outlawed in most multiverses.

Posted By: alsetalokinGravity = acceleration = gravity. It's the acceleration due to the unfurling of one or more of the 7 furled spacetime dimensions that are even now expanding from within the cores of active galaxies. Our 4-space is already mostly unfurled so it doesn't look like the acceleration of gravity is taking us anywhere locally. This is the "leakage from another dimension" that one sometimes hears about as "explanation" of what we perceive as gravity in our expanded 4-space. It is acceleration, in the 5-direction defined by concentrations of matter. Mass is just an algebraic rearrangement of acceleration.

Worthy of the best of them.

But perhaps an alternative way to think of it is that what we perceive as gravity is really a differential pressure between the etheric, or atmospheric, conditions in the higher dimensions, which are sometimes labelled with Greek letters rather than numbers.

It is truly amazing what you can find in Maxwell's theory.
  5.
Will it allow me to rip apart the very fabric of spacetime itself, right here on my tabletop? Latch onto the warp and woof of the Universe and allow me to traverse vast distances in an instant?

If not... what good is it?

(I know... it will allow first, to build even more devastating weaponry, and second, to upgrade our cellphone networks and handsets.)

I will digest this, or try to. Then possibly I may comment.

I got nothing, except a revulsion from seeing Maxwell's Equations written out in non-SI units.

For a moment, the fleeting hope arose that you'd grasped the makings of a good joke.

    But I did say "fleeting".
