    Not poor Envia: Poor Envia investors. All stories need a villain. Right now many fingers point at the founder Kumar. Two lawsuits allege that he stole Envia's cathode technology from his previous employer: NanoeXa. One of the lawsuits alleges that Envia licensed but failed to disclose to its investment partners including GM the anode technology from Shin-Etsu.
