    Amazing, isn't it?

tasc.bg is BULGARIA! And all their "news" links are dead. But they poop along and I imagine people buy these and other people die or get maimed because of it.

Here is a spectacular set of photos from a deadly bombing in which a dowsing rod detector was used before the event:

UK orders halt to exports: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=leSD9Xth-MQ

A probable fresh type of dangerous scam http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcMfwlOMI28

I am amazed that, of all ways to scam, someone would use explosive detectors! People who do this should be dropped in the middle of a mine field with only their device to get them out. Boom. Problem over.

Most of your common enemy combatants don't know better than to put a bit of cheese on a mine just before burying it.

It's too bad that the Brits don't do trial-by-ordeal any more.

Have McCormick use his explosives detector to maneuver through a minefield. If he makes it out alive, he is 'not guilty'. If not, well, judgement and sentence is short and bloody.

Britain is not a capital punishment country. The mines should be no more powerful than M-80's. On top of each should be 10mL of skunk juice and pig urine mixed with 3% HCL.

Sorry we are unable to accept comments for legal reasons.

    WTF?

Article is not bad except that dowsing rods don't, as it implies, detect golf balls any more than they do explosives or water or anything else.

Don't they detect psychomotor twitches and subconscious projections from the user?

They've successfully detected every golf ball that they have pointed at.

Not even that reliably. The only thing they respond to consistently is fraudulent intent and crooked execution.

    If only, my.

I'm sure there are outright lying, crooked dowsers.. but from what I've seen, a large fraction of these folks sincerely believe that it works, and moreover they have the special ability to make it work.
