I had an idea years ago adapted from Glaser? idea of microwave powersats for modified cats eyes to beam microwaves to rectannas on the underside of cars, maybe its time has come?

    Perhaps with tetrahertz radiation instead?

It is very hard to build a high-power terahertz source though.

Musk is some combination of genius brilliance and scammer-like hype.

I really do love him though. On balance, the genius part wins out. While I might let a Tesla come out of the garage on its own, I am not quite ready to use the "summon" feature cross country. How does it charge itself, mewonders? Maybe it uses one of those 700 mph evacuated tubes to make good time?

I wonder if Musk watched Knight Rider as a child and thought, one day... :)

Eighty year old grandmas can't wait to use those, especially when it rains.

One thing for sure, if it's Dyson, it will be very expensive. Look for a $250,000 car. If their fans and vacuum cleaners are any indication.
