    This one is really easy to fix. Phone shuts off if speed rises above 3 m/s. It can revert to WiFi so you can still Skype if you are on a train or bus (if the train or bus company provides that service.)

    I can't figure out why nobody has mandated it.

    Could be another reason why alien life hasn't colonised the Galaxy, imagine what an interloping planet might do to destabilise other star systems planetary orbits?

    A nice Goldilocks zone planet with early life and next it is too hot or cold for liquid water, only one interloper every hundred million years or so could do a lot of life suppressing.

    Lets hope we don't get a visitor for at least a thousand years.

    Wouldn't you expect to see occultations from time to time? I've never heard of any.
