IIRC, it was first without Lehrer; initially, it was called the "Robert MacNeil Report".

It's unusual to hear about a C130 crash, given the number of them in service.

A real workhorse, produced for over 60 years.

Yep, but flying at zero feet while fire bombing in unfamiliar terrain is not exactly long term survival behaviour.

Hit by one car and then killed by a second car because the driver of the second car had been distracted by the people trying to get him to slow down in order to prevent him from hitting the victim a second time...

Cars with high-tech safety systems are still really bad at not running people over

And Tesla doesn't even come out top of these tests. Don't believe the hype.

Six of the cars earned "superior" ratings, indicating that they were able to stop—or slow down significantly—in each of the six scenarios tested by IIHS. These vehicles were the Audi A4, BMW 3 series, Subaru Outback, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Nissan Maxima, and Volvo S60.

All of those cars rated better than the Model 3.

He was also killed at night, and none of the current systems under realistic testing (including Tesla's second tier rated one) can detect a pedestrian at night.
