That was my impression, too. Maybe he was thinking of Prius drivers?

India’s Space Agency Wants to Explore Venus.

Probably looking for a place that is cooler and less polluted than their own place.

I love the way everyone gets soooo far ahead of themselves with this shit. Already talking about colonies and cities.

We haven't managed to send anyone to die live there yet, let alone worked out if we can even survive on that dust strewn shithole.

If someone wants to pay millions of dollars to be exposed to a vacuum, ionizing radiation and copious amounts of dust I can arrange that here, without all the hassle of leaving the planet.

It's time someone started working on the seat arrangements for the alpha Centauri flight. Will there be a need for Bsiness Class?

We haven't even sent anyone's ashes there yet. Burial on Mars might be a thing for the über-wealthy.

Or they could just have a funeral pyre of burning money with a little left over for purchasing carbon credits.

On EARTH? How provincial. Nothing would be cooler than to have your ashes crash-landed on Mars.

It unnecessarily complicates the zombification process.

You can't expect Musk to do everything for you, my little chickadees. He's just the owner-operator of the bus company.

    $20/Kg to LEO.

    (NASA $20,000/Kg ?)

Heck, at that rate I can think of several items I'd like to put in LEO.

    Can they guarantee no re-entry?

I find I have no clear understanding of "cooler" in this context. Please provide a definition suitable for use by machine intelligences not programmed for social interaction. Punch cards are acceptable.
  7.
To have them crashed into Neptune would be even cooler.
