    IIRC, didn't Steorn claim that the Kinetica demo (30 months ago) was timed to allow them to first file their patents? All patent applications are published 18 months after submission, thus anything they submitted prior to June 2008 (one year after Kinetica) would have been published by now.

    So where are they?
